Excellent location with easy car parking, about 15 mins walk to major shopping centres
the nearby restaurant, wong ah wah, was as close as 500 feet from the hotel. they had everything we wanted for our vacation, we liked the food and location.
Near many tourist destinations, like petronas twin tower, which was 15 minutes walk away. The location was good, only 10 minutes on foot from Bukit Bintang train station. The staff was friendly at the hotel
The room was quite large and was bright, the beds were comfortable. There was a huge fridge. We had a room to the parking lot, so it was also quiet.
The carpet was a bit shabby and so was the bathroom, but as everything was clean and therefore acceptable for the price.
Located close to Bitak Bintang this was a great place to stay. The rooms were plain but had a large tv and great shower. Fair value for money overall.
we couldnt check in when we first arrived even though it was almost 5pm and check in was at 2pm as they said our room was not clean yet. Room was very noisy too. The sheets and towels both had stains on them too.
The location is great, near Bukit Bintang centre, monorail station, Jalan Alor - Food Street.
Facilities are old, service is satisfactory, although we had to call 2 times to ask for toilet papers, the toilet keeps running water everytime flushing
For the price it charges, the lobby should be more comfortable and the parking site in better condition-bumpy with potholes.
Parking area was small and dirty
the soup was delisious.
the place. next to night life!!
very dirty, several cockroaches in the bathroom. smelly rooms,
I really made refresh in this hotel. During my trip, I`ve really enjoyed with the space of this hotel. Unfortunately I could not saty more than 1 night because of my time and money. In terms of room price, I saw less price in booking online including tax and others, but when I reached there the price was more than my consideration.
No, everything was fair except of room price..Maybe because of public holiday and highseason...
Location is very good for city trip, in Bukit Bintang. Value for money is ok.
Room looks old and shabby and needs renovation. Apart from first impression I ve slept comfortably in the hotel. I may advise the hotel to friends who are not picky.
The staff were very polite and helpful. When we requested to change rooms, they quickly acommodated us. It is also a good location.
Our first room was very noisy -we changed rooms, and the second room was quiet, but in need of maintenance. The hallways were very dirty, dark and in need of maintenance.
The staff were okay but I refused to give them my credit card to hold andthey my no anyway I paid in cash. The breakfast was good.
They had very little information about kl and I think they should get phamplets from the Tourist information dept. They didn't know that the Petronos tower was closed on Mondaays.I Asked and was told go any day but not Mondays by a local.
A lot of baby cockroaches, run down too.
Won't stay anymore.
